How do I activate my card?
To activate your new debit card, simply call 1.866.823.0700.
Newly issued cards will be EMV chip enabled cards.

Enhanced Convenience:
You can report a lost or stolen Debit Card by:

- calling our Phone Banking toll free number (1.866.823.0700)
- calling the 24-hour number (1.866.546.8273)
- and/or by using Online Banking and/or your Mobile App.
- Changing your PIN is easy. You can now do so via Phone Banking as well as at our ATMs.
Misplaced your Debit Card?
With Federal Reserve Bank's Mobile App, you can suspend or cancel your card in case of lost or theft within seconds. This feature allows you to control the status of your card in such situations.
How to use the “SUSPEND” card feature:
Open your Federal Reserve Bank Mobile App
Go to the three line menu icon in the top left corner
Go to preferences
Manage Cards
To suspend, click active --> suspend --> suspend again
It should say your card is now suspended
To reactivate:
Open your Federal Reserve Bank Mobile App
Go to the three line menu icon in the top left corner
Go to preferences
Manage Cards
To activate, click suspend --> activate --> activate again
It should say your card is now active
It is important not to click REPORT when suspending your card.
Please note that reporting a card lost or stolen CANNOT be undone.
If you are unsure, simply use the “suspend” option until you are sure!
